CEDEM CEE 2006 Venues

For the first time ever, CEDEM CEE (Sept. 20-21) is to take place at Prague's Intercontinental Hotel on nám. Curieových in the heart of the city's Old Town district. Endowed with a stunning view of the Vltava river as well as Prague Castle, the venue offers state of the art conference facilities that provide a perfect backdrop for the two days of discussions, meals and networking.

A complete schedule of events is available at the conference website, but some deserve special attention: Yields: Day of Reckoning, is already fully-booked with speakers, as representatives from Apollo Real Estate, ING Real Estate, GE Capital, Sparkassen Immobilien and Cushman & Wakefield confirmed to speak on this crucial issue. 2006 will also feature a series of city-specific discussions, highlighted by panelists from the biggest players on the Prague, Budapest, Warsaw and Moscow markets.

While the official programme is a crucial part of CEDEM, the social and networking component of the event is also highly appreciated. In particular, the CEDEM Party has become legendary and has become one of the most glamorous and eagerly attended events in the region's busy social schedule.

This year, the CEDEM Cocktail Party will take place Sept. 20 after the first day of panels at the popular Kampa Fish restaurant, located at U Lužického semináře 42, along the river in Malá Strana. Kampa Fish offers top-flight food and drinks, along with an unrivalled panorama of the river and Old Town embankment. The party starts at 7 p.m.
