THOMAS ERDMANN has been working in the real estate industry for 13 years, 9 of which has had a clear investment focus in the CEE/SEE region. He has lived in Vienna since 2003, where he is responsible for CA Immo’s Class-A CEE/SEE Portfolio in the value of €500m, which he established through acquisitions, development and redevelopment. Before joining CA Immo he worked as GM for the German based Mahler Group, where from 1997 he successfully developed 300,000 m2 of office space in the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. Prior to this he worked on a regional level for a developer and also in the builders’ supply industry. |
