Karim Habra
Managing Director Central Europe GE Real Estate - Central Europe
Karim Habra manages GE Real Estate's operations across the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Bulgaria, and is leading the entrance into the Baltic and Romanian markets. Since 2001, Karim has grown GE's business in Central Europe and led the Prague and Warsaw-based teams. He has actively participated in every transaction GE has completed in the region, which consists of the acquisitions of 40 retail, office and industrial assets (€1bn of value) and 3 non-performing loans portfolios. Prior to this, Karim was based in GE Real Estate's European headquarters in Paris, where he worked on transactions in France, Germany, Spain and Italy. |
