Christoph Härle

Christoph joined the firm in 1994 and after successfully leading the German Hotel team, has taken over responsibility for Central and Eastern Europe in 2006. Christoph has been the lead negotiator in a number of major transactions. These include sales such as the Sheraton Hotel Frankfurt Airport, Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg, Marriott Hotel Munich, the OFRA Resort Mallorca and the historic Residenzpost in Munich. He has also acted on the buy-side and provided acquisition advice for clients on assets including the Dorint Schweizerhof Berlin, City Hilton Munich and Marriott Hamburg. In addition, he has extensive experience negotiating lease contracts, working with a variety of international investors. Lease contracts negotiated include Maritim Kongresshotel Berlin, Le Méridien Vienna, InterContinental Dusseldorf, Hotel de Rome Berlin and Four Seasons Berlin (now Regent).
Christoph was educated Hotelkaufmann in Hamburg and graduated from the University of Surrey in 1994 with a BSC(Hons) degree in Hotel and Catering Management and is also a member of the Hotel Catering and International Management Association. In 2006 Christoph Härle is a guest lecturer on hotel real estate at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. |
