Niall HunterSite Acquisitions and Assets Director for Czech and Slovakia Tesco
Niall Hunter is a graduate of Land Economics and a Chartered Surveyor. He worked in private practice with Gerald Eve, Chartered Surveyors, for 4 years and then joined Scottish Amicable Investment Managers, after which he became Property Manager with House of Fraser Department stores for a year. He joined Tesco in 1995, where he has carried out a variety of property roles in the UK including Valuations and Asset Management, Senior Development Executive for extensions and store replacements. He was involved in the structuring of the Tesco British Land Property Partnership for shopping centers and managed the development of the assets for the first year before moving to Europe. In Central Europe he spent 4 years as European Asset and Estates Director covering Poland, Turkey, Hungary, Czech and Slovakia. He commenced his current role of Site Acquisitions and Assets Director for Czech and Slovakia in January 2006. |
