Craig has worked in logistics property for the last 10 years. Having worked in this field in the UK, Craig moved to Poland in June 2001 to establish the DTZ team. Craig has been involved with a number of key transactions in the sector including: acquisitions and leasing in excess of 100,000 m2 on behalf of Electrolux, Saint Gobain, Lear, Jysk, Frigoglass and Wincanton. Sales and purchases of over 187,000 m2 of space on behalf of Europa Capital, Europolis, ProLogis, Ghelamco and Olmar, and land and development advise of over 200 ha to Gazeley, Poland Central, Grupa Zywiec and Enterprise Investors. Craig is based in Warsaw and has Regional Responsibility for DTZ logistics teams throughout Central and Eastern Europe. In 2005 Craig was awarded the outstanding achiever award in DTZ CEE. |
