Michael is a Real Estate Tax Partner in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Berlin office. He has more than 12 years of experience specializing in all phases of international taxes. He has provided ongoing as well as special project consultation to many multinational real estate companies. His real estate experience comprises real estate investment funds, inbound and outbound real estate investments, real estate transfer tax, mergers & acquisitions. He regularly publishes articles on real estate issues in newspapers. Michael is a certified tax advisor (Steuerberater), German C.P.A (Wirtschaftsprüfer) and has a university degree in economics. Michael did earn a doctorate for his tax study on a European Holding. He is a member of the German Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IDW). |
