Lukaš Schirl is Joint Managing Director of the Czech business. Lukas is a full time member of Czech Capital Markets team advising a number of clients on disposing or acquiring real estate assets throughout the Czech Republic. He has more than 8 years experience in the Czech real estate market. He has participated on some of the largest office leasing transactions concluded in Prague and the Czech regional cities. These transaction included leases with occupiers such as Eurotel, Česká spořitelna, HP, GE Capital Bank leasing, GTS Novera or GE Money Bank. Lukaš moved full time to the Capital Markets team as of Q2 of 2005 and led two investment disposals that year – the forward sale of Avenir Business Park (23,000 sqm) and the disposal of 4D Center (29,000 sqm).
