Margund Schuh has been Managing Director of UBM Bohemia - one of the leading developers in the Czech real estate market - since 1998. She joined UBM in 1992 after completing her business administration studies at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien in Austria and has also worked for UBM in Poland and Hungary. Margund Schuh has been involved in all real estate developments that have taken place in the Czech Republic, including Andel City in Prague 5, Zvonarka in Prague 2, Darex in Prague 1 and Velky Spalicek in Brno containing retail, offices, hotels, residential etc. She is mainly responsible for project acquisitions, project development,marketing, sales and project financing. |
