Guy Shaya joined BSR Europe Ltd. as its Business Development Manager in July 2002. In his capacity as the Company’s Business Development Manager, Guy's responsibilities include supervising the operation of the local (country) managers of BSR, Negotiating the terms of BSR’s key transactions (i.e. selling or buying property or legal entities owning property, finance agreements etc’) and heading the company's due diligence teams. Prior to his current position, Guy Shaya practiced law with one of the leading commercial law offices in Israel. Guy Shaya holds a L.L.B. degree from Bar-Ilan University, Ramat-Gan, Israel.
