Martin Skalický is based in Prague, the Czech Republic, and is involved in the expansion of the company’s Hotel & Residential consultancy and agency services throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Martin has been involved in professional property business since 1991. Prior to Joining CW Residential and Hotels Team, he worked on the commercial site of the property industry again for the CW. As a professional surveyor he provided namely valuation, development and strategy advice on number of commercial and multifunction schemes on behalf of both, local as well as international clients.
