Jaromír Smetana Managing DirectorDTZ
Jaromir Smetana is Managing Director of DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Lung, a local market leader in the office real estate sector. His extensive experience in the Prague real estate market began in 1992, shortly after graduating from the Czech Technical University of Prague with a post-graduate degree in Real Estate. He has been closely involved in most of DTZ’s key transactions, focusing on acquisitions, renegotiations and letting of office space. He is also a member of the Association for Real Estate Market Development (APRON).
