Michael Smithing Managing Partner, Hungary & Slovakia Colliers International
Michael Smithing has been Managing Partner of Colliers International in Budapest since 2001, having joined the company in 1993. Among the transactions he's taken part in are the leasing of 4600 sqm of space for a share service center for the tenant EDS, 7,600 sqm for Vodafone, the sale of the Atronyx Office Park and a major lease for Unisys. He also spearheaded the company's drive into Bratislava over the past year. Smithing is a graduate of Dartmouth College in the United States and he holds a Master of Business Administration from IMC/Case Western Reserve University. |
