Charles Taylor

Charles Taylor is the Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Budapest office and the Partner heading up the Capital Markets Team in Hungary. Taylor has considerable experience on the Budapest property market, across all sectors. He has 15 years experience with C&W, of which he gained eight years in Hungary. Prior to joining the Budapest office, Taylor worked in C&W’s London HQ, responsible for retail agency in Central London. He's been involved with some of the region's largest investment transactions, including DBRE's acquisition of Park Atriums and BC 140; AXA REIM's acquisition of Dorottya Udvar and a cross-border retail warehouse portfolio; and Skanska's disposal of East-West Business Center, Science Park and regional retail warehouse portfolio. |
