Hans Vermeeren Director Asset Selection Central EuropeRodamco Europe
Hans Vermeeren is Director of Asset Selection Central Europe for Rodamco Europe, a position he's held since 2004. As such, he is responsible for optimizing return on asset value and for the value of standing investments. He also develops and executes the investment strategy for the company's asset portfolio. Before this, he was Asset Manager for Central Europe beginning in 2000. Between 1997 and 2000, Vermeeren was Asset Manager for the retail portfolio of SFB – Real Estate, a posting that was preceded by a stint at De Telegraaf where he was Marketing Manager. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a degree in Business Sciences, attended the ICSC Marketing/Management Institute, and completed his MBA, with a specilization in Real Estate at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. |
