Bryan Wilson Manager CEE Real EstateLinklaters
Bryan Wilson has now worked in the Real Estate department of the Prague office for over five years, having moved from Linklaters in London. Bryan is Linklaters' CEE Real Estate Manager and oversees the development and growth of the real estate departments in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. He is also responsible for advising Linklaters clients on real estate projects in areas such as Serbia, Croatia and Bulgaria.
The last 12 months has seen Bryan act for Tesco in connection with their corporate and real estate acquisitions and leasing in Czech Republic and Hungary including their acquisition of the 27 Edeka stores, ExxonMobil in connection with the leasing of their business support centres in Czech Republic and Hungary and advising them on their real estate portfolio in Europe, Africa and Asia and Ballymore Properties on all their real estate work in Czech Republic.
Bryan also acts for several UK funds investing in retail, offices, logisitics and residential property. |
