REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY CONFERENCE FOR CENTRAL EUROPE

21st - 23th of September 2005
Slovanský Dům, Na Příkopě 22, Prague 1

Over the past five years, CEDEM has established itself as the premier property conference in Central Europe, bringing together the developers, investors and financial institutions that are combining to to rebuild the entire region. A high quality, content-driven event, it attracts a powerful cast of speakers and delegates from all around Europe with the goal of reviewing and debating the issues and opportunities that face Central Europe’s dynamic property sector.

While it’s possible to examine property markets of Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia separately, the larger patterns and trends at work don’t become apparent until we look at them from a broader perspective. This is the goal of CEDEM - to provide a forum for the exchange of experiences and information in a professional, interactive environment. CEDEM 2005 will analyze issues affecting the whole of Central Europe in six carefully selected panel discussions featuring leading experts in their fields.

The only annual industry event in the region which brings together an equivalent level of expertise and raw investment power, CEDEM offers an equally effective social and networking platform for key players and interested parties, including the always enjoyable gala dinner on the eve of the conference. It is also a powerful forum for information exchange, with company presentations of services and projects in the region. For anyone who is serious about property in Central Europe, CEDEM 2005 is an event not to be missed.
