James is head of the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield in Prague.
He joined Cushman & Wakefield Prague in July 2001 focus ing on investment transactions. He is responsible for advising on both disposal and acquisition of commercial property in the Czech Republic and Slovakia on behalf of institutional and private clients. James has recently completed the sale of Olympia Olomouc, a prime regional shopping centre, for the JV between Multi Corporation and Immoeast. In addition, he has recently acted on behalf of DIFA in the sale of the landmark Hadovka Office Park in Prague. Other recent activity includes advising Skanska on the sale of the Budějovická alej office project in Prague 4; advising ING Real estate in the sale of the A7 Arena and the acquisition of Rosmarin Business Centre for Heitman. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Real Estate Management. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has over five years of experience in the Czech investment market. |
