Alan has over 14 years experience in the real estate industry in Central & Eastern Europe, having begun his career as a senior office letting agent in Prague in 1993. He has good all-round experience of executing commercial property transactions, having been involved in office, industrial, retail and investment transactions. He has also spoken at DTZ training courses and at conferences in Prague, Warsaw, Vienna, Frankfurt and Berlin.
Previously, he was the Managing Director of DTZ in Prague for 2 years, and since transferring to Warsaw, has overseen the expansion of DTZ Poland from 24 to over 70 people and the creation of 4 new business lines (Industrial, Retail, Consulting & Research and Building Consultancy).
Alan is also a member of DTZ's EMEA Leadership Council and the DTZ Central & Eastern Europe Executive & Strategy committee. |
