Glyn joined King Sturge in London in 2000. A qualified chartered surveyor and an board member of the RICS Czech Republic, Glyn has a great deal of experience with pre-acquisition building surveys and building pathology, due diligence and development monitoring for investors and occupiers, project management and contract administration.
Glyn has been based in Prague since 2005 and works together with King Sturge’s second Project Management team based in Warsaw. During his time in Prague, Glyn has undertaken work across Central and Eastern Europe. While he mainly focuses on the Czech and Slovak Republics, this has recently expanded to include significant projects in Romania. |
