Peter has worked for several companies as expansion director in CEE countries like Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Romania in the last twenty years.
He has broad knowledge of the retail environment in these countries and had intensive contacts with other retailers, landlords, agents and developers.
In the last ten years Peter has built up the retail business for a big multinational retailer in several CEE countries. More recently Peter has helped building up retail know how and retail teams for CBRE in several CEE countries and worked on implementing a professional standard and a quality control in the retail agency business. Currently he advises a client with the development of several big shopping centres in Croatia and several other clients who develop retail parks in Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Croatia. Peter holds an academic degree (Diplomingenieur) in Town and Country Planning and a Certification as Civil Engineer. |
