Chris is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a qualified Project Manager, having attained an RICS accredited Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Reading University's College of Estate Management.
Chris joined Gardiner & Theobald in 1992, based in the London head office, relocating to its Prague office in January 1996. Today, he's responsible for all operations in the Czech and Slovak Republics. He has considerable experience in cost and project management on a wide range of projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Chris has successfully completed the ‘start-up' of numerous projects outside of the Czech Republic, which has facilitated the development of Gardiner & Theobald's business into new countries such as Romania, Croatia and Montenegro. |
