Richard HillCommercial Management Partner EC Harris
Richard has been at EC Harris since 1988. He was promoted to Associate in April 1990 and he moved into our International business in 1994. In 1996 he went to Poland to start up our Office there. He managed the EC Harris Office in Warsaw for three years before becoming an Equity Partner in May 1999, when he returned from Poland.
Richard is currently one of our Commercial Management Partners based in the London Office. He is responsible for a large team working on a variety of major schemes comprised of commercial residential, office, retail, hotels and leisure projects. He is a strong and experienced team manager, well versed in creating strict Cost Control and Cost Management regimes whilst at the same time providing support to design teams in achieving their design goals. |
