Dr. Franz Jurkowitsch (Austrian citizen) is a co-founder of the Company Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG and was appointed as a member of the Management Board of the Company on 2 September 1986. Dr. Jurkowitsch has worked in real estate development and investment business in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland since 1985. He is also a member of the supervisory board of S & T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG (since June 2004), of Sigmund-Freud-Privatstiftung (since October 2003) and Vienna International (since May 1999). Mr. Jurkowitsch graduated and holds a doctorate from the University of Economics in Vienna.
