Dr Paul Kennedy is Head of European Research at INVESCO Real Estate where he is responsible for market forecasts and investment strategy for UK and Continental European property. Paul is also Chairman of INVESCO Real Estate's European Investment Committee and a member of the Global Executive Committee.
Paul has 12 years experience in real estate investment. Before joining INVESCO in 2001 he held posts with Parkes and Company, Henderson Global Investors, Henderson Real Estate Strategy and Nottingham Trent University. He holds BSc and PhD degrees in real estate investment, is a Visiting Fellow in Real Estate at the University of Reading Business School and a Chartered Surveyor. Paul is a member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) and is Vice Chairman of the UK Society of Property Researchers (SPR). |
