Daniel KoetserDirector - Head of Hotels CEECB Richard Ellis Hotels
Daniel Koetser is Head of CB Richard Ellis Hotels for Central and Eastern Europe and leads the dynamic development strategy for the group's growth across the region. He is fundamental toward liaising across the multiple countries drawing exceptional capacity and expertise throughout CBRE's resources.
Previously Daniel was engaged as the Director of Investments at Atisreal, BNP Immobilier in Paris (France), undertaking transaction and consulting work on large single-assets and portfolios across Continental Europe; including involvement in significant deals such as the Societe du Louvre, and the first disposal of Accor's sale & leaseback program. He also draws from a venture capital background with CNB Entertainment (CNBC) in New York (US), and has a variety of hotel operational experience.
Daniel has an MBA from the Glion Hotel School in Switzerland where he was awarded a scholarship, and is also a graduate from Tufts University, Boston with a BA (Hons), following attendance at Eton College, England. |
