Michael Lloyd, Managing Partner of the Baneasa Project has been actively involved in the Romanian real estate market since 1992, originally as an advisor to the President of the National Agency for Privatization, then for the President of the Romanian Development Agency, making a priority from transferring his international experience to the local market.
He started the full service office of Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly Jones Lang Wootton) in 1995 and has founded the Jones Lang LaSalle offices in Romania.
Furthermore, he has worked across both Eastern and Western Europe including two years in Warsaw and Prague. As a partner at Jones Lang LaSalle, he became specialized in development, advisory and financial appraisal works.
Michael Lloyd has been the Chief Executive Officer of Baneasa Developments from 2000 to April 2007. The Baneasa Project is one of the largest mixed-use urban development in South-Eastern Europe. Located in the Northern part of Bucharest, Romania, the project is currently under construction. |
