Tewfik is the Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle for the Czech Republic. He is also the Head of the Office Agency and is responsible for the leasing and marketing of various projects. Tewfik co-operates with both developers and tenants advising on leasing issues and preparing marketing and media plans. Since mid-2005 Tewfik also started supervising the Industrial Department at Jones Lang LaSalle active in both the Czech and Slovak Republics. Tewfik has over 8 years experience in real estate. During the past 6 years his main focus has been on the office sector on the leasing and advisory side and he specialized in identifying potential occupiers for the various projects Jones Lang LaSalle has offered. |
