Martin SkalickÝInvestment DirectorREICO
Martin Skalický is a board member at REICO, where he was appointed Investment Director in May of this year. Skalický came to REICO from Cushman & Wakefield, where he's spent the past 13 years working on the sale, leasing and management of real estate. Most recently he headed up the agency's corporate services activities. After graduating from the Construction Faculty at ČVUT in 1984, he worked at Sudop Praha, moving later to the construction firm Metrostav. He became a RICS member in 2006. REICO is the Czech Republic 's first real estate fund to be set following the approval of legislation for this type of collective investing. |
