Pavel joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1998 and is an Associate of the company. He has considerable experience in the domestic industrial market. Pavel has been involved in the sales and acquisitions of various land transactions and industrial lettings. He has built up long term relationships with both international and local companies. Recently, he has been involved in a number of transactions, including companies like Maersk Logistics, Globus and Kühne & Nagel to name but a few. Pavel specialises in the leasing of small warehouses and office units of logistics companies.
