Pavel Weishaupt studied construction and architecture at the Technical University in Prague. In 1991, he became Real Estate Manager at McDonald's CZ, a position he held until 1994 when he assumed the role of Technical Director for Intershop Praha. He spent seven years there with responsibilities that included development, construction, letting and operations of the first mall in the Czech Republic, Centrum Černý Most. He also worked on the first phase of the development of Centrum Chodov. He has acted as a consultant for Ballymore Properties on its Eurovea scheme in Bratislava, for Prior, and has been involved with Codeco's development of a 17 ha brownfield in Prague 9 since 1995. |
