Julian Edwards joined Tishman International Companies some 20 years ago to head up their European operation. He on behalf of the principles of Tishman International Companies and a Japanese client, purchased a blue chip office/retail building let to the British Government for €145 million. He in joint venture with a Swedish company, acquired 15 buildings with a value in excess of €150 million, and has made a further €900 million of acquisitions. Prior to joining Tishman International Companies, he worked for Land Securities PLC, one of Europe’s largest quoted property companies where he was a manager of a €4 billion Central London Commercial and Residential Portfolio. Over the last five years Julian Edwards has spent a lot of time researching the Bulgarian property marketplace, and is currently developing Sofia Airport Center, a €350 million business center close to Sofia Airport.
Julian is a Freeman of the City of London, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Painter Stainers and has undertaken numerous charitable activities.
