Matt Fulford is an Associate at EC Harris and has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry in a variety of sectors including commercial office, residential, industrial and aviation. Matt is leading the sustainability agenda within EC Harris and has provided advice to a large number of clients on sustainability strategy and approach, the impact of forthcoming legislation including EPCs and improving the balance between commercial and environmental factors. Matt combines his knowledge in sustainability with his experience in cost management to provide best value sustainability solutions and strategies and works in the relatively new currency of carbon to measure and value carbon cost. He also provides comment on the effect of forthcoming UK and European legislation on the construction market and advises clients on the most appropriate approach. He holds a degree in quantity surveying and building construction management; MRICS; ICIOB.
