Colin is the Development Director at Red Group and is responsible for the design and implementation of Red Groups commercial projects in the Czech Republic. Red Group has a varied commercial portfolio including three Rezidor Hotels in Prague, Brno and Ostrava and the largest commercial office project in Ostrava. Future focus will largely be on the Red Group flagship development project in Jinonice, Prague 5 where the Waltrovka mixed use scheme will comprise over 250,000 sqm. Colin has been living and working in Prague for 14 years and prior to joining Red Group in 2006 Colin worked with Doughty Hanson and its Italian operating partner Europa Risorse, Markland Holdings and Capita Beard Dove and has a broad understanding of the development and management of property in the Czech Republic. Colin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS). |
