Omar has been in the development business in Central Europe since 1998. He founded the HUTS group in 2001 which was mainly focused on regional retail developments, later extending its scope to residential and office developments as CRESTYL and becoming one of the largest real estate development businesses with a program exceeding €1 billion in the Czech Republic. Omar’s most recent acquisition was a residential development portfolio – ICKM Real Estate – more than 2500 units in a joint venture with GE Real Estate. |
