Radomír Němeček has been active in the real estate sector for over 16 years. Radomír's first job after finishing his studies was with the real estate agency Ryden. During his career at Ryden, he moved to various positions within the company and finally become a senior letting and sales agent. After six years with Ryden, Radomír was invited to join the company, Aston, which had established an association with international consultancy group, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). At Aston, he worked as the deputy director and head of the agency until 2002. In the spring of 2002, Radomír joined TriGranit in their move to establish a business in the Czech Republic. In September 2006, Radomír was invited to Bratislava to establish and manage a new development team to develop a third office tower at Polus City Center (Millennium Tower III) for Immoeast. After successful completion of the permitting process for Millennium Tower III, Radomír was promoted to the managing director's position in the Slovak branch of TriGranit.
