Tomáš Procházka is responsible for one of two teams within the commercial real estate finance division of UniCredit Bank Czech Republic a.s. Tomáš' team focuses on financing office, retail and warehouse development/investment projects, as well as on residential developments. Tomáš joined UniCredit Bank in 2002 (previously HVB Bank Czech Republic) and since then, has been involved in commercial real estate lending. Prior to that, he worked for ING Bank N.V. Prague Branch within their corporate banking department. Tomáš is a graduate from the University of Economics, Prague with a specialization in finance. |
