After finishing her studies in Business Information Systems, specializing in accounting and finance, she started her career in 1986 at GiroCredit, where she soon became responsible for the development and evaluation of cash management systems. In 1989 Ingrid moved into the International Project and Real Estate Financing Group, where she took responsibility for hotel, telecommunication and energy projects. During this period she specialized in structuring and financing real estate and hotel projects mainly in Central Europe. Not only the financing aspects but also the legal and management issues were under her responsibility. Ingrid Quint-Hager has been responsible for international tourism financing and development projects in Central, Eastern and Western Europe.
