Mark Richardson is the Head of Central Europe for Pradera and is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and overseeing the asset management and development process of the assets currently held in Pradera’s Central and Eastern Europe Fund (PCEF). Mark has nine years of real estate experience of which six years have been spent working in Central Europe. Mark joined Pradera in October 2006 to establish Pradera’s presence in Central Europe. Today, Mark is responsible for the Pradera offices in both Prague and Warsaw. Pradera currently have 8 properties within the PCEF fund with a total value of circa €312 million. Before joining Pradera, Mark was the Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group in Prague where he specialized and was responsible for advising a number of both institutional and private investors and developers on the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Mark holds a Bachelor of Land Economy (BLE) honors degree from the University of Aberdeen and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. |
