Tewfik is the Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle for the Czech Republic, responsible also for the leasing and marketing of various projects. Tewfik cooperates with both developers and tenants advising on leasing issues and preparing marketing and media plans. Tewfik has already over eight years' experience in real estate. In the past six years his main focus has been on the office sector, the leasing and advisory side and he specialized in identifying potential occupiers for the various projects Jones Lang LaSalle has been offering. Among the major developers and clients were Karimpol, Skanska, PBW, Hochtief, EPD, Raiffeissen Property Invest, Orco, TriGranit, IMMORENT Lincoln, Passerinvest and ING Real Estate. Since he joined Jones Lang LaSalle in February 2001, Tewfik has been involved in some major transactions on behalf of the clients. |
