Matthias Sandfort started his career in real estate in 1994 and worked mostly on the lending side, initially with WestLB Group and since two years now with Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen, where he is responsible for client coverage and relationship management throughout CEE. During his many years of working with institutional investors, property companies and developers, he was responsible for origination and execution of debt financings regarding portfolio transactions, large single asset investments and syndicated credit facilities. Matthias holds a graduate degree in Business Administration.
