Pavel Schanka is co-responsible for overseeing, developing and coordinating CEE Capital Markets at CB Richard Ellis as of this month. Prior to that Pavel was heading and growing the Czech Capital Markets Team since 2006 specializing in investment advisory, acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate. He has unrivalled professional experience in the Czech property investment market. He was responsible for more than €0.5 bilion in property transactions. Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Pavel worked for almost three years for HVB Bank (now UniCredit Bank) specializing in financing projects and structuring development and investment debt in commercial real estate. Pavel also has considerable knowledge in corporate finance transactions and accounting policies which he gained at Arthur Andersen. Pavel completed his master studies at the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Finance. He is also enrolled in postgraduate studies at the University of Reading specializing in investing in commercial properties. |
