Guy Speir is responsible for the company's leasing and commercial marketing activities throughout Central and Eastern Europe. From the QPG headquarters in Prague, he leads the leasing teams assigned to Emporia Towers and South City (Bratislava), Enterprise Park (Krakow), International Business Centre and Wisniowy Business Park (Warsaw). He also oversees leasing activities for the Forum Gliwice, Galeria Podlaska and Hala Koszyki in Poland, Charles Square Centre and Explora Business Centre in the Czech Republic, Mall of Sofia in Bulgaria and sources new business opportunities in the commercial and residential sectors. Guy has over 10 years' experience in real estate in the U.K. and CEE region, holds a BSc. (Hons) Urban Property Surveying (1997), and is a Professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. |
