Angus Wade is a graduate from the Newcastle and City University (MA in Property Valuation and Law) and began his career in real estate at King Sturge in the London office (Investment Department) in 1996. Two years later he became a qualified Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In 2002 Angus moved to the Czech Republic where he still resides. During 2002 – 2005 he worked as Head of Investment and Valuation for Jones Lang LaSalle's Prague office, but in 2005 he was appointed Managing Director for King Sturge Czech Republic and Head of Investment, and set up their Slovak branch in 2006. Angus has been involved in a number of major property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of portfolios on behalf of fund and property company clients, totaling in excess of €2 billion since acting on the Czech Republic market.
