Philip is the Head of Office Investment at Cushman & Wakefield in Prague, and is responsible for sourcing office investment opportunities, and providing investment and market advice to institutional and private investors for the acquisition and disposal of real estate in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He has three-and-a-half years of local experience having previously worked with DTZ in Prague as Head of Office Agency, with responsibility for the Office Leasing and Tenant Representation departments within Czech Republic and Slovakia marketplaces. He worked in London where he spent seven years providing development, leasing and marketing advice on some of the highest profile office schemes in the UK, and negotiating leasehold office acquisitions for international corporate occupiers. Philip also has a wealth of experience providing strategic and property market advice to occupiers for Business Process Outsourcing, Shared Service Center and Call Center acquisition projects within the UK, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Philip has a bachelor's degree in Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, and is a Chartered Surveyor. |
