Richard Curran is the managing director for the Czech office of CB Richard Ellis, the world’s leading commercial real estate consultancy. Richard is ultimately responsible for all of the company’s business lines in the Czech Republic including valuation, agency and capital markets. He has worked for CB Richard Ellis in Prague for over five years. Prior to becoming managing director he was responsible for the agency side of the business. Before joining CBRE, Richard worked for the Prague office of Cushman & Wakefield for seven years. He is also a member of the Central and Eastern European Board of CB Richard Ellis. Richard is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). |
