John Duckworth is the managing director for Central Europe and is responsible for Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Romania. He is based in Warsaw. John’s main day-to-day responsibility is the management of the Polish business (Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk) while overseeing the company’s operations in Prague, Budapest and Bucharest. John has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, of which the last 11 years have been spent with Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to relocating to Warsaw, John was managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s corporate business across the European region based in London. Previously, John lived and worked in Paris where he was responsible for tenant representation and capital markets services for Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge. John has accumulated extensive experience coordinating projects throughout Europe, particularly in France, Germany, Italy, the Nordic countries, Spain and Eastern Europe, as well as the Middle East. He has advised extensively on BTO, outsourcing and offshoring strategies across EMEA. John graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in land economy and has MRICS qualification. |
