Ferdinand Hlobil is the head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Central European industrial department, covering Bratislava, Budapest, Prague and Warsaw. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1995 and is a partner of the firm. Among other responsibilities, Ferdinand is also coordinating the Central European industrial teams and the cross-border flow of developers, investors and occupiers. Ferdinand has considerable experience in the Central European property market in industrial, retail warehousing and various land acquisitions. |
