Radek Janeček, partner, joined the Prague office of Squire Sanders in 1994 as a law student and was named associate after completing his studies in the Czech Republic and the United States in 1997. During his legal career at Squire Sanders, he has assisted clients out of the firm’s offices in Cleveland, London and Bratislava. After spending two years as the chief operating officer of Sekyra Group Real Estate, where he was responsible for its corporate and financial restructuring, he returned to Squire Sanders. Radek’s practice focuses on finance and real estate transactions. He has represented real estate clients in a number of development and investment transactions, major Czech banks in project finance and acquisition transactions, and public entities in public financing. Radek has also assisted private equity clients in their investments and acquisitions in various industries. He received his law degree in 1996 from Charles University in Prague and his LL.M. degree in 1997 from The George Washington University in the US. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. |
