Patrick KirwanManaging Director and Board MemberNewland Estates
Patrick Kirwan began his property career in 1988 with a BSc degree from Heriott-Watt University in Edinburgh. In 1992 he joined DTZ London, qualified as a chartered surveyor and specialized in retail development. In 1995, he joined Jones Lang LaSalle Budapest and established the retail department. After two years he was asked to join Ofer Brothers Group as director of developments, expanding and developing property interests in Central and Eastern Europe. Patrick left Ofer Brothers in 2001 to found Newland Estates, a property investment and development company focused on the CEE region. Patrick has developed, invested, acquired and sold commercial properties with a value of over €1bn. |
